Senior / Process Engineer
Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to PCBA and Box manufacturing in continuous improvement of product quality and productivity

  • Design user-friendly manufacturing process to incorporate build-in product quality as well as optimize the utilization of assembly resources and equipments.

  • Prepare manufacturing work instruction, checklist and operating procedure for new process requirement.

  • Fabrication of product tooling, jig and fixtures required by production.

  • Key driver in NPI activity & RFPY (Roll First Pass Yield).

  • Provide DFM and DFA services to internal and external customer.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering /Science with minimum 1 – 2 years working experience in manufacturing environment ( 3-4 years for Senior Engineer )

  • Familiar with Six Sigma-Lean, SPC, FMEA and DOE analysis tools

  • Basic knowledge on SMT, Wave, Manual Solder, Rework, Coating and Final assembly

  • Possess good analytical mind and able to articulate issues and concepts.

  • Experience in HMLV manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

  • Experience DFM and DFA tools will be and added advantage.

Senior / Customer Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:

  • Support production run in term of Quality issue and monitor in process yield to ensure that they are in control

  • Design and implement appropriate tools to monitor critical processes defined by process engineer (i.e. control chart, histogram, Cp & Cpk, GR&R etc.)

  • Design and generate Quality Plan (PMP) to meet customer requirements

  • Work with Process/Test Engineering group to determine root cause corrective/preventive action plan regarding internal quality issues

  • Involve in product first article run and prepare in-process data

  • Review customer return failure analysis

  • Generate Quality Checklist per respective customers and other documents related to quality

  • Perform baseline audit or any other quality audit as deemed necessary

  • Interface with customers

  • Facilitate communication between factory and customers on quality related matters

  • Coordinate actions to be carried out in meeting the customers' representative

  • Assume the role of customers' representatives

  • Report the quality of the product as seen by the customers

  • Facilitate customer audit


Requirements:

  • Degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ working experience in a PCBA environment ( 3-4 years for Senior Engineer )

  • Experience in customer quality engineering and knowledge of ISO 9000 Quality System is an advantage

  • Good understanding of customer requirements and able to co-ordinate with operations to meet customer’s expectations

  • Possess knowledge in root cause analysis and driving solid corrective action

  • Good communication skill and IPC-610 knowledge with be added advantage

  • Basic knowledge on SMT, Wave, Manual Solder, Rework, Coating and Final assembly

Senior / Buyer/Planner
Responsibilities:

  • Perform materials gap analysis for Clear To Built (CTB) against customer demand.

  • Coordinate and advise ECO / ECN cut in, submit E&O analysis and perform liability claim.

  • Expedite component shortages based on the material shortages report

  • Execute MRP output (push out, pull in & cancellation) in accordance to latest built plan .

  • Ensure MRB & RTV are disposition in a timely manner

  • Ability to track and monitor scorecard to rate the supplier performance.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business. Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Commerce or equivalent.

  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse.

  • Possess good negotiation and communication skills must be fluent in English (written & spoken).

  • Relevant experience with ERP / MRP especially in SAP will be an added advantage advantage.

Trainer
Responsibilities:

  • Conducts operative training & certification for direct labour

  • Maintain training records & compile reports

  • Prepare training materials and training facility according to training requirements

  • Conduct Operative and skill training for direct labours

  • Involved with NPI / New Project Transfer.

  • Conduct Classroom Training for Acceptability Requirements.

  • Ability to track and monitor performance effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM with related experience or Diploma in any field.

  • Preferably junior executives specializing in Training & Development or equivalent.

  • Possess knowledge and skill in manual soldering

  • Able to work on shift ( flexible)

  • Fresh Diploma holders are encouraged to apply

Senior / Test Technician (ICT/FCT/Debug)
Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on experience in Genrad and HP ICT equipment, Takaya Flying Probe testing, ESS Test, customized FCT is preferred

  • Perform preventive maintenance for ICT / FCT equipments & fixturing.

  • Assist engineer in modifying test fixtures, set-up, evaluating and qualifying equipment as well as supporting all equipment operational issues

  • Sustain and improve yield quality as well as diagnose and repair faulty test equipment

  • Result oriented in meeting machine uptime target

  • Debug & troubleshoot failure cards to obtain minimum debug wip in production floor


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Electrical & Electronics

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience preferably in a PCBA environment

  • Those with debugging skills will be an added advantage

  • Able to work on shift

  • Fresh Diploma holders are encouraged to apply


Senior / Process Technician
Responsibilities:

  • Profile plotting for reflow and wave oven

  • Optimizing parameters setting to achieve high yield

  • Experience in jigs & fixtures modification as well as designing

  • Troubleshooting machine & material related defects

  • Innovative & initiative in addressing assembly problems

  • Assist product engineer on NPI preparation


Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certificate in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

  • Experience in PCB assembly is essential

  • Able to work and assist Engineers in line troubleshooting and problem-solving

  • Able to work on shift

  • Fresh Diploma holders are encouraged to apply


Senior / Equipment Technician
Responsibilities:

  • Support daily production activities, ensure quality and quantity goals are achieved.

  • Carry out repair of SMT/AI equipment as and when necessary.

  • Performed preventive maintenance as per planed schedule.

  • Involve in equipment improvement project and simplification.

  • Analyze and ensure SMT/AI equipment are in tip-top condition during mass production run.

  • Assist Equipment Engineer in NPI and Qualification run.

  • Support machine installation, shift or transfer.


Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.

  • Preferably those with working experience in PCBA environment

  • Able to work on shift
